The Enhanced Triple P Level 5 program is run in Partnership with Many Rivers Family Violence Prevention Unit and Durri Medical Centre The Enhanced Triple P Level 5
Helps parents use Positive Parenting strategies effectively with children. Helps parents track their use of Positive Parenting Strategies.
Enhanced helps parents identify their strength and weaknesses when using Positive Parenting Strategies.
Help parents set specific goals for themselves . It helps parents devise solutions to everyday parenting problems.
The program includes Coping Skills this module helps parents understand what unpleasant emotions are and how they work. Helps parents know how emotions effect patenting.
We will look at, at least one relaxation strategy as well.
Helps parents monitor their thoughts and emotions.
In the module Parenting Support this module helps parents identify areas of agreement and disagreement with their partner over child rearing issues.
It helps parents also identify their positive and negative speaking and listening habits when communicating with each other.
The module helps parents to give constructive feedback to their partner, hold regular supportive conversation with their partner about parenting experiences and your child/rens behaviour.
The Enhanced program aims to increase parental competence and confidence in raising children.
Each session goes for one hour or less and is held once a fortnight.

2-3 - Toddlers
4-5 - Children
