The THINK, EAT and MOVE Program Term 4
The TEAM Program runs over 8 weeks online and over the phone. TEAM provides helpful information for teenagers who are above a healthy weight, on nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change. Designed by dietitians, health psychologists and exercise professionals TEAM delivers practical tools and information to help teens increase physical activity and improve eating habits to become fitter, healthier and happier.
The TEAM program is flexible for families to complete and can be completed on a phone, tablet, laptop or computer in your own home. Weekly 30-minute sessions focus on helpful topics relating to nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change. Clear, easy to follow sessions include interactive activities, games, narration and videos. Weekly coaching calls with a TEAM health professional provides each participant with one-on-one support and advice at a time that suits you best.
Extensive and practical resources are sent to participants throughout the program to help teens to make healthy changes at home. The TEAM Program is FREE of charge to participants who are 13-17 years old, living or studying in Central and Eastern Sydney and above a healthy weight.
