Are you an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person? Or a carer or partner of an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person (child or adult)? Have you experienced life events that are weighing you down? Is anxiety or low mood limiting your enjoyment of life or affecting relationships? Are you struggling with strong emotions? Is daily life a struggle? Steps to Healing is a gentle group program which gives you the tools to live a more positive life. It is a Culturally safe program. Learn to live life from the feet up rather than from the head down! Facilitated by Aboriginal workers who have extensive experience and training. It is an open group, which means that you can attend whenever you are able. To get the best out of the program it is advised that you come to the weekly sessions.
