Third Monday of the month during school terms.

An Anxiety Support Group is a non-judgemental place for people with anxiety, and/or their family and friends to meet.

“It was the first time I was with people who understood what I was going through and didn’t ask, ‘why?’.

Facilitated by Aboriginal workers.

Child minding available - bookings required.

Transport within Penrith LGA provided - bookings required.
